Parlor Game

Parlor Game was originally created for, and performed at San Francisco’s de Young Museum in conjunction with the exhibition ‘Yves Saint Laurent.’ It uses dances and games from festive social gatherings—charades, musical chairs, twister, and the ‘Proust Questionnaire,’ to take an amusing peep at the kind of world—at once elegant, rarefied, sensual, and rambunctious—rendered by Yves Saint Laurent.
